Cook a Cow?

My mother bought a meat thermometer the other week, and whilst stumbling around the house today I just noticed the graphic on it. In a slightly gory way, the device tells 'the chef' what temperature is best for cow, sheep, lamb and pig. I've never stuck a whole cow in my oven before, but the idea crossed my mind when reading the dial. Imagine serving that on a platter...
